Affymetrix DNA SNP/Mapping and Resequencing Array Analysis
Listed below are the current Affymetrix DNA SNP/Mapping arrays. In most cases, these required GeneChip arrays should be directly ordered from Affymetrix and provided to the Facility by the individual users of the UCI DNA & Protein MicroArray Facility.
1. When placing your array order with Affymetrix you can ask to have the ordered arrays “drop-shipped” directly to our Facility and we will hold the arrays for you.
2. If ordering your GeneChip arrays from UCI or another UC Campus, please list the Quote Number “24969” on your purchasing request to indicate that the order originated from a UC System Institution.
3. Pricing per individual SNP/Mapping Analysis array type is listed below (without tax), along with the array lot sizes sold. Pricing listed is UC System (Academic Tier 4) pricing and will likely vary from other academic institutions, commercial entities and non-profit centers.
