Speed-Vac Form
All users requesting only Agilent Bioanalyzer and/or NanoDrop and/or Speed-Vac concentration services from our Facility need to download, print out and completely fill in a copy of our Agilent/NanoDrop/Speed-Vac Order Form each time they submit samples for any of these services to our Facility. Please place this completed Form within the shipping package if sending samples to our Facility for processing. If you have questions concerning filling in the Form or requested services please check with the Facility staff (telephone or e-mail) prior to sending/providing the samples.
